Tickets are $2 each, or buy 3 for $5, 7 for $10 and 15 for $20 and are available at all CWC events or by contacting the club. We're hoping to raise $2000 for Bidwell Mansion, and another $1000 for our girl's scholarship fund.

The video showing of the 2011 Bioneers Conference will be held February 2012 at 7:00 PM each Thursday.

Current Projects

Every year the Chico Women's Club awards two scholarships to graduating senior girls. Any senior wishing to apply for our scholarship is encouraged to contact the Chico Scholarship Association through their high school counseling offices

The CWC Timebank is a way of building community 'one hour at a time.' CWC members who participate in the Timebank share and receive services without an exchange of money. When you spend an hour to do something for an individual, you earn a Time Dollar. Then you can use that Time Dollar to buy an hour of service from anyone in the group. It brings out the best in people, because Time banking is a system that connects unmet needs with untapped resources. Contact info@chicowomensclub.org for more information.

The Chico Women’s Club is proud to be a member of The Women's Microfinance Collaborative. Established in 2006 by several local women's organizations, WMC seeks to honor the entrepreneurial spirit of the poor, especially women in developing countries, by funding microfinance loans, which have been shown to be a powerful way to eradicate poverty. Donations are made through WMC, the activities of which are directed by a research committee.

Works in the Works is an event showcasing original work by local talent.

Poetry and Prose, Champagne and Chocolate provides members an opportunity to share their writing.

Our beautiful handmade Quilts have been another source of funding for our philanthropy.

Our programs and fundraisers are designed to provide education on solutions to social and environmental challenges --- and to support women and the arts.
